  I found location and coffee very nice. However, I ordered only 2 coffees and went to pay with my card. The staff informed me that there was a minimum spend of £16.00 before they would accept card payment. They advised me that a cash machine was 2 doors down in shop or a bank which was further away. The cash machine in shop did not work and had to walk nearly a mile nearest bank cash machine. I felt very annoyed at this silly situation, as surely any surcharge by the the shop's bank could have simply been added to the transaction or the charges be clearly made known to the customers in advance. They told me they had a notice at desk and one in the window, but neither were obvious, particularly as it was table service. A silly and totally unnecessary thing in this modern age.

  Have gone to Darby's quite a few times now and have never had a bad experience. The Ironmaster breakfast is great value breakfast. 12 items plus a glass of juice plus tea or coffee for £9.85! It always taste great and will be going back for more! The staff there are really nice and friendly and the place is always clean. Waiting times are rather short, average 10minutes for the breakfast even at busy times. And a major plus is the location, it's so close to the Ironbridge which has some great views and many walks and cycle routes nearby!
